Colin Mayne from Stratham Bryce delivered the complete package, assisting with developing a new sales team & sales strategy from scratch, and my observation is that nothing can replace the extensive breadth of experience that the Stratham Bryce team used to help VBN develop this very young team of graduates. One year on and the results have been great, VBN have grown the business in very challenging economic times, and VBN are now ensuring we develop the service desk, using the same team.
