I met Noel when he was a guest speaker at a sales and marketing conference in Johannesburg some 20 years ago. I was so impressed with his message about measuring performance that we decided to work with him. Now 20 years later we have worked with Noel on many occasions when our directors believe that our national sales managers and their sales teams are losing their way and performance is negatively affected. Each time Noel has assisted us to get back on track and his Stratham Bryce Sales Cycle now forms part of our SOP. Noels mentoring and guidance has been invaluable and I do not believe we could have achieved what we have with Sasol, Sappi and Mondi if we had not brought him in.
